All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST unless otherwise stated. Payments are accepted through the secure gateways provided on our website. Orders are confirmed only once payment has been received in full.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship throughout New Zealand and to selected locations in Australia. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary. MyPikler is not liable for delays once items have been dispatched. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

All orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 2-4 business days.
Our delivery time frame depends on your location:
- New Zealand (Urban Areas): 10 - 35 business days
- New Zealand (Rural Areas): 10 - 35 business days
Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, in their original condition, and include proof of purchase. Custom-made or sale items may not be eligible for return. Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details.
Accidental Damage Policy
We understand that children’s play can lead to the occasional mishap. If your MyPikler product is accidentally damaged, we’re happy to assist with repairs. Depending on the situation, repairs may be free or come with a small fee. Just contact us to make arrangements.

All our products must be used under adult supervision. MyPikler will not be held liable for injuries or accidents resulting from improper use. Always follow the safety instructions provided with each product.
