Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unassembled, and returned in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Unless the item received was incorrect or faulty, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued once returned items have been inspected and approved.

At MyPikler, we are committed to providing high-quality products that support safe and purposeful play. We understand that sometimes issues may arise, and we’re here to help.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged during shipping or is faulty, we will gladly cover the return shipping and offer you the choice of:

  • A replacement, or
  • A full refund

To be eligible:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the damage or fault
  • Ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging

We will arrange return shipping at no cost to you.

Change of Mind

If you wish to return an item simply because you’ve changed your mind:

  • Return shipping is at your own expense
  • The item must be:
    • Unused
    • In its original packaging
    • Returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the product only (excluding any original shipping charges).

Important Notes

  • We do not accept returns on sale items or custom orders
  • Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item

Warranty

Our wooden products come with a six-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or water exposure.
